Project Overview
This project was from the Hague City Archives. They wanted us to find a way to bring the archives to the residents of Leidschenveen-Ypenburg, as well as capture the identity of Leidschenveen-Ypenburg and its residents. We used the project management system Scrum. A link to the full project report can be found here.

Sprint 0
Research
The first project step was mostly research, which we did through multiple routes. We performed Desk Research, Environment Observations through visiting the district and of course interviewed our client.

2.
Sprint 0
Concepts and Clients meeting
By the end of this sprint we had three design concepts to present the archives. The client chose our first concept, "Ypenburg Through History," in which the user walks through the history of the district in a tunnel.
3.
Sprint 1
Lo-fi Prototype
The aim for the first sprint was to finish with the Lo-fi prototype.
First of all, we created user stories to narrow down our concept in a elaborate way. We set up the sprint 1's Demo presentation meeting with the client to sort them in a prioritized way so that we make sure to achieve what is important to the client.
4.
Sprint 2
Prototype
After receiving client feedback, our second sprint was refining our concept and creating a second prototype.
For this sprint we improved our Adobe XD prototype, as well as creating a video (shown below) to display what we envision the tunnel experience might look like in real life.
5.
Sprint 3
Final Prototype
Our third sprint was creating a final prototype to show off our concept. We created two videos: one using LEGOs to show the entire user journey, and the other to show the interaction points. On top of that, we also created a physical prototype.

6.
Sprint 3
Documents
To truly show the size of the experience, we created a user journey map and a floor plan.
7.
Exposition at Delft Municipality
At the end of this project we displayed our final product at an exposition in Delft. We were met with many positive reactions.
